I've never been complaining before in my life, but the experience I've received today in the salon is disappointed me very much. I've been In Laila Paris before and I was always happy when I left, until today.I've booked for a full body massage. The road where the salon is located, was closed. I've called the lady 10 mins before the treatment to tell her, that I will be a few minutes late. She said that was fain. When I've arrived the lady showed me the room. She was friendly at first, but she had clearly no idea about how to do a full body massage. As I work in the industry as well,so i know how a massage should look like and also received a few massage already as well. She was literally just stroking my back and also just massage my lower legs. I was shocked when she said she finished. I asked where is the rest of the massage ( face, head, neck, arms, tights.... etc ). .. She said I was late so she had to cut off the rest of my massage. I could not believe this. I paid 45 just for stroking my back and my lower leg. So why do i have to pay in full if i only received a half treatment????? If I was going to book a pedicure are you just going to cut my toe nails and leave the rest saying you have no time to finish??? Also they did not mentioned anything about this at the beginning of the treatment. I was really looking forward to this massage but it just completely spoiled my day. Very unprofessional. I will never return to this salon and I'm not recommend it.

Had a Thai massage from the Thai lady. Never again! It feels like one of my ribs is broken. Very sore still after a week!
