Horley car centre had one of the best priced cars in the UK. I test drove the car Wednesday morning and drove it away Thursday morning.
After reading the reviews on here I was hesitant about going to Horley Car Centre, but it shows that you shouldn't trust what everyone writes without knowing the full story. I couldn't have wished for a better experience when buying my car from Jeff. He is a lovely, genuine guy who was completely honest and open with me, even when I asked him about the review below. I am incredibly happy with my purchase from him, the car was in brilliant condition and I wouldn't hesitate about going back or recommending him to friends and family. Plus, I know that if I end up having any issues (which could happen no matter where you buy from) he'd be more than happy to help. Better service than you'd get from a Main Dealer! 5*!
I purchased a Mercedes from Horley car centre (the third car I have purchased from them) went to them as they have been in the same place with the same owner for 20 years. It was a smooth process from choosing the car to arranging the finance. Would highly recommend.
If anyone is thinking about buying a car from this dealership, please think again! The worst experience of my life so far!! The man behind it all, a man called Jeff.. after buying my car just 2 months later a whole new engine needed to be replaced.. He tried to blame this on me and make me pay out for this. When I purchased the car I made sure I bought a warranty, jeff and the warranty people were liasing with each other trying to work together to hold me liable for this. The garage quoted me 3500 to fix this and with Jeff and his warranty company trying to hold me fully responsible I knew it was only going to get worse!! Please please please have a really good look around before making this your first choice!!!!
