Excellent service...Car broken down needing timing chain replaced and local garage was unable to due the repairs.The garage when out of their way to recover the car from the other garage, and despite a busy schedule, they manage to fit my car in and have it fixed very quickly.
My clutch was shot & no garage was able to look at it. Charlwood auto repairs came to my home within an hour of calling, towed my car to their garage, fixed & returned it the same day. Great customer service, guarenteed part for a year & was much cheaper than the dealership. Could not have asked for better & will be going to them for any future works. Highly recommended!

Poor customer service skills. Attempted to get rates 25% more than what it should of been and said to take it them then and rudely hanged up phone. If you are planning on visiting this garage do some research beforehand...
