Good place for young children

The Rec as known locally was good place to get conkers and us my elastic band catapult electric lightening toy plane and huge tall slide. ..in the 1960s

Spending good time while playing football with my grandmother. The only interesting thing is young people smoking cigarettes (or something else hihihihi) in the skatepark. The didn't wanted to share with me :(

nice to have some different sized climbing frames for younger children to attempt. very safe for children to explore the playground and was generally very clean and well looked after. Toilets near by would be good.
