A positive change from the Fayre and Sq. pub. The carvery lunch was nice and not a bad selection of veg. The meat was quite nice.Could do with a pedestrian gate to move pedestrians away from traffic entering and leaving but this would mean losing a parking space.
Good food at reasonable prices. We were surprised how much the children got for the price! There were plenty of tables available mid afternoon on a Saturday and the staff were friendly and efficient.
Very pleasant staff, the beer was good, my wife liked the wine too. The food was the usual pub fare, tasted good, very filling and at what I'd consider a price bordering on budget. A real good deal.
We found this place tonight. We collected family from airport to have a meal and a long chat.It was a quiet evening here. The music was nice and quiet and we had a corner table (11and12) next to the window.Kayliegh served us with our drinks and Sharon brought us our coffees.Most of us had the gammon from the Carvery and it was really lovely. One of us had the beef and gammon and he was very impressed. Nice atmosphere friendly and attentive staff.Would certainly go back here when seeing family between there flights as only minutes from airport.
Where do i start? It was absolutely awful. The veg were cold and flavourless. All the condiments had run out. My partner couldn't eat his meal and the instant mash potatoes made him feel sick. The restaurant was a mess. Dirty tables, food and rubbish over floor.Obviously not enough staff, the ones there were trying their best.I would honestly say that I will not go back there ever again.Mrs Cheryl Louis
