The staff was great!! They were very helpful and were truly some of the most service-oriented people with whom I have ever dealt. The table service was a nice touch. The facility was complete with everything you might want to find in an airport lounge. And the food was very good for a lounge setting. I recommend the breakfast burrito...it was excellent. I even liked the coffee, which I cannot always say when talking about my experience in this sort of facility.I have been in two Clubhouses now...this one and Heathrow. They were both exemplary. But if pressed, I'd say I liked this one a little better because it was not as busy and, thus, felt more personal.
Good lounge, much nicer than the old one in south terminal. All food and drink is by order which is the only real downside. Usual level of comfort and service you expect from Virgin. Lovely atmosphere.
